Long title
To amend the Local Authorities Loans Fund Act, 1984, so as to authorise the Local Authorities Loans Fund Board to obtain banking services from commercial clearing banks; and to provide for matters connected therewith.

1. Amendment of section 3 of Act 67 of 1984
Section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Fund Act, 1984, is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection (1) for the words preceding paragraph (a) of the following words:

This Act shall be called the Local Authorities Loans Fund Amendment Act, 1995.
