To provide for the amendment of the Lebowa Nature Conservation Act, 1973, the Gazankulu Nature Conservation Act, 1975, the Nature Conservation Ordinance, 1993, and the Nature Conservation and National Parks Act, 1986 (Venda), so as to insert Schedules for Specially protected game; to amend the schedules for special protected plants; to increase the penalties relating to offences in relation to specially protected game and specially protected plants; and to provide for matters incidental thereto
