Summary lists of subordinate provincial legislation and texts are published under the “SUBORDINATE TEXTS” link on documentation for specific parent provincial legislation. Specific subordinate texts listed in the list can be accessed by clicking the relevant hyperlink against that listing. Amended subordinate texts are listed chronologically under the original unamended text.
Updates on local government by-laws and subordinate texts
Updates on provincial legislation and subordinate texts are available on a weekly basis through our Weekly Annotated Gazette Indexes for the relevant province, which provide a weekly list of titles of texts published, indexed under the specific legislation in terms of which the text was made.
