Long title
To amend the provisions of the Defence Act, 1957, relating to training in the Citizen Force, service in commandos, the Cadet Corps, allotment, exemption boards, the powers of the State President, commissioned rank, regulations, the Military Discipline Code, arrest and trial and visiting forces; and to provide for indemnify in respect of trespass and nuisance and for other incidental matters.
