Military Pensions Act, No. 84 of 1976

Long title

To provide for the payment of pensions arid gratuities to or in respect or certain persons in respect of disablement caused or aggravated by military service; for the medical treatment of such persons; and for, the consolidation of benefits which are paid in terms of the Special War Pensions Act, 1962, the War Pensions Act, 1967, and section 15(1) of the Pension Laws Amendment Act, 1968; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
