Enforcement of Foreign Civil Judgements Act, No. 32 of 1988

Long title


To provide that civil judgements given in designated countries may be enforced in magistrates' courts in the Republic; to repeal the Reciprocal Enforcement of Civil Judgements Act, 1966; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
