Long title

To amend the Eastern Cape Gambling and Betting Act, 1997 so as to further provide for the termination of the term of office of the board or a board member and the replacement thereof; to limit certain disqualifications in respect of applicants for casino licences; to provide for the appointment of a gambling and betting review tribunal; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
