CHOOSING A STAQ FOR LEGISLATION TRANSGRESSION TESTING
STAQs test for transgressions of particular sections of particular legislation or a particular standard. Therefore, your first step in choosing the right STAQ is deciding what legislation or standard is relevant, and which provisions in that legislation or standard are relevant.
Our User Guide should assist you to use the information on this site and elsewhere to easily and quickly research which pieces of legislation are relevant, which sections in that legislation are relevant, when they are applicable, and who the potential transgressor of those sections may be. Once you have decided which sections of legislation are relevant and discovered that you are a potential transgressor of those sections, the right STAQ to choose would be the STAQ that tests for transgressions, of those sections of legislation, by that potential transgressor.
