Potential Transgressors
Each piece of legislation applies only to particular persons and/or entities. If you are not such a person or entity, the legislation would not apply to you, because you are not a “potential transgressor” of that legislation.
This site carries information lists of potential transgressors of a number of pieces of information.
Using Potential Transgressor information
Potential Transgressor information is an important tool to assist you to decide whether a piece of legislation is relevant or not. Once you have decided that a piece of legislation may be relevant, check through the potential transgressors of that legislation to double check whether or not the legislation applies.
