OVERVIEW OF STAQ SUBSCRIBER RESOURCES

This site provides various categories of resource information about legislation, which may be of general use to our STAQ subscribers.

What can the STAQ Subscriber Resources be used for?

The STAQ Subscriber Resources will assist you to:

list South African legislation which you or a third party may be in transgression of

overview any piece of that legislation to help you decide whether it applies to you (or to that third party in respect of whom you may be testing for transgressions)

check which sections of a piece of legislation may apply to you (or to that third party)

check which other sections of that piece of legislation may apply to you (or to that third party)

find the date on which sections of legislation came into force or was amended, so you can pinpoint the dates between which it was possible to be in transgression of that section

identify actual transgressions of any particular section of that legislation, and

identify the exact factual cause of each transgression.
