Long title

To amend the Wine and Spirit Control Act, 1970, so as to insert and to delete certain definitions; to authorise the utilisation of the research levy for additional purposes; to provide for the control and management of the wine and spirit industry during a transitional phase; to establish a management authority; to authorise the designation of assignees to enforce and administer that Act or certain provisions thereof; to make certain textual alterations; and to provide for the lapsing of that Act at the end of the transitional phase; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
