Long title To amend the Intelligence Services Control Act, 1994, so as to define an expression and to amend certain definitions; to reregulate the oversight functions of the joint Standing Committee on Intelligence; to provide that only one Inspector-General of Intelligence may be appointed and to reregulate the functions of the Inspector- General; to provide for the appointment of personnel to the office of the Inspector-General; to extend the power of the Minister to make regulations; and to change the name of the Act; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
