Free State Finance Management
Act, No. 1 of 2003
Long title
To provide for the withdrawal of certain State monies from the Free State Provincial Revenue Fund, as a direct charge, in accordance withe the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 (Act No. 108 of 1996) and to give effect to certain provisions of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999) in the Province and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
