Amendment Act, No. 6 of 2007
Long title
To amend the Free State Provincial Archives Act, 1999; to provide that members of the Council be compensated from the funds of the Department; to provide that the secretarial functions of the Council be provided by the Provincial Archivist; to delete sections which provides that the Council be regulated outside the Department; to delete sections which form part of financial management of the Department; to clarify appointment of records manager; and to provide for connected matters.
