Long title
To amend the Gauteng Gambling and Betting Act, 1995 so as to insert, define or further define certain expressions; to provide for the responsible Member to exercise and perform certain powers and functions of the board in the absence of a board; to provide for the issuing of special licences by the board; to further regulate the possession of gaming machines; to revise certain provisions with respect to interim arrangements relating to the possession and storing of gaming machines; to provide for certain interim arrangements with respect to the activities contemplated in section 64 of the Act; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
