Long title

To amend the Regulation of Racing and Betting Ordinance, 1957 so as to confirm the establishment of Racing Clubs; to provide for the establishment, amalgamation or incorporation of racing clubs, and the disestablishment of the Racing and Wagering Development Board; and for matters incidental thereto.
