Long title

To provide for the establishment of an economic development agency to be know as Trade and Investment KwaZulu-Natal in order to attract foreign and domestic investment and to generate exports and export capacity in the Province; to determine the objects, powers, duties and functions of the Agency;  to determine the manner in which the Agency is to be managed, governed, staffed and financed; to provide for the formulation of a Provincial Investment and Export Policy; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
