Limpopo Special Financial Arrangements Act, No. 6 of 2003
Long title
To provide for the withdrawal against the Provincial Revenue Fund pending the passing and coming into operation of an appropriation Act as contemplated in section 226(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996; to provide for certain withdrawals from the Provincial Revenue Fund contemplated in the Public Finance Management Act, 1999, to be direct charges against the Provincial Revenue Fund; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
