Long title

To amend the Exchequer Act (Eastern Transvaal), 1994, so as to provide for the changing of certain references to and within the Constitution; to provide for a procedure to be followed when amending a money Bill; to provide for directives and guidelines by the Director-General as far as accounting officers are concerned in order to render them under certain circumstances also accountable to the Director-General in terms of this Act; to provide for accountability by accounting officers for statutory bodies in instances of unauthorised expenditure; to replace the short title; and to provide for matters connected therewith
