Long title

To amend the Mpumalanga Gaming Act, 1995, so as to ensure improved control by the responsible Member over the Mpumalanga Gaming Board’s personnel expenditure; to exclude the payment of investigation fees, received by the said Board, into the Provincial Revenue Fund; to provide for an extended period within which the said Board shall pay all gaming levies received by the said Board, into the Provincial Revenue Fund; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
