Long title
 
To amend the Mpumalanga Parks Board Act, 1995; to amend the requirements for appointment to the Board; to extend the terms of office of members of the Board; to provide for additional grounds for the disqualification of members of the Board as well as the Chief Executive Officer; to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 in respect of procurement by the Board; to ensure that bookkeeping and auditing comply with the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999; to provide for the establishment of an audit committee for the Board; to provide for monthly financial statements to the responsible Member; to provide for the repeal of certain provisions; to provide for transitional arrangements; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
