To provide for the establishment of the Mpumalanga Economic Growth Agency and for the management thereof by a Board; to promote trade and investment in Mpumalanga; to provide funding in respect of approved enterprise and agricultural development focusing primarily on the previously disadvantaged individuals in Mpumalanga; to develop property including the granting of housing loans in Mpumalanga; to deliver massive infrastructure in Mpumalanga; to confer powers ad functions upon the Agency; to provide for transitional arrangements; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
