Long title

To make provision for the confernent of certain powers on commissions appointed by the Premier in tarns of section 147(1)(d) of the Constitution of the Repulblic of South Africa Act, 1993 to investigate matters of pulblic concerns to regulate certain matters pertaining to the investigations and proceedings of commissions; to repeal the Bophuthatswana Commissions Act, 1985; and to provide for incidental matters.
