Long title

To provide for the validation of all transactions, agreements, contracts, proceedings, matters, acts or things concluded, brought, performed, or done by the Boards or Councils dissolved by the Acts referred to in the second column of the Schedule to this Act after the twenty-seventh day of April 1994 but prior to the appointment by he Premier or the responsible Member of a new Board or Council; and to provide for incidental matters.

SECTION	TITLE
1.	Amendment of Act 34 of 1984, Act 15 of 1987 and Act 7 of 1989 and subsequently amended by Act 11 of 1994, Act 10 of 1994 and Act 7 of 1994, as of force in the North West Province on 27 April 1994 by validating all transactions, agreements, contracts, proceedings, matters, acts or things concluded, brought, performed, or done by the Boards of Councils referred to therein after that date
2.	Amendment of Act 7 of 1994, Act 10 of 1994 and Act 11 of 1994 as of force in the North West Province by generally substituting the word "this Act" for the word "the Principal Act" wherever it occurs in the sections referred to in the third column of the Schedule to this Act
