Long title

To provide for the investigation, prohibition and control of harmful business practices in the interest of the protection of consumers, and for that purpose to provide for the establishment of an Office for the Investigation of Harmful Business Practices and a Consumer Affairs Court; to repeal the North-West Consumer Affairs Act, 1984; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
