Long title

To amend the North West Tender Board Act, 1994; so as to provide that a limited number of members of that Board may be officers or employees; so as to provide for the application of the Regulations made in terms of the State Tender Board Act, 1968 until such time as the responsible Member makes regulations under the North West Tender Board Act; to provide for the retrospective operation of that Act; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
