Long title

To establish the Mmabana Arts, Culture and Sport Foundation by merging the Mmabana Cultural Foundation (established by Act 15 of 1987) and the North West Arts Council (established by Act 37 of 1988) for purposes of developing the artistic and sporting talents of the people of the Province; to assist in the development, fostering and promotion of culture through development of individuals and groups of people interested in the arts, cultural and sporting activities; to provide for the management and control of the Mmabana Arts, Culture and Sport Foundation through the establishment of the Board of Directors; to define the composition, powers, functions and duties of the Board, to regulate financial affairs of the Foundation; and to provide for incidental matters.
