Subject to the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999, as amended), the Provincial Revenue Fund is hereby charged with the amounts of money shown in the Schedule to this Act for the financial year ending on the thirty-first day of March 2002.
