Western Cape Seventh Gambling and Racing Amendment Act, No. 5 of 1999

Long title


To amend the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Law, 1996, so as to specify the time of payment of annual licence and investigation fees, to provide for the payment by licence holders of costs incurred by the Board in respect of investigations and enquiries pertaining to findings of suitability and patron disputes, to provide for new licence application fees and annual licence and investigation fees in respect of licences for bingo premises, race course premises and bookmaker premises and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
