Western Cape Appropriation Act, No. 4 of 2005

Long title


As determined in section 226(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 (Act 108 of 1996) and section 58(2) of the Constitution of the Western Cape, 1997 (Act 1 of 1998) amounts of money are appropriated for the financial needs of the Western Cape Provincial Government in the financial year that begins on 1 April 2005 and ends on 31 March 2006.
