Long title

To amend the Eastern Cape Rural Finance Corporation Act, 1999 (Act No. 9 of 1999) so as to rationalize and integrate entities dealing with rural development in the Province into the Eastern Cape Rural Development Agency,to amend the names of the Eastern Cape Rural Finance Corporation, to broaden the powers and functions of the Agency, to provide for transitional arrangements and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
