OVERVIEW of Legislation Resources
Our legislation and related resources and services are offered as adjunct to our general legislation consultancy services. However, non-clients are also able to access overviews of, and the unamended text of, national legislation promulgated 1994 on, on a “free to access” basis, and if requested we do on occasion provide non-clients with “subscription access” to amended national, provincial and local government legislation and subordinate legislation.
We specialize in South African legislation. However, should you request our consultancy services in relation to legislation of other jurisdictions, we would be happy to consider this.
