Factual transgression testing, to determine whether legislation-related compliance is being maintained, is an expert-intensive, disruptive and costly endeavour.
The costs may well exceed the estimated loss should the transgression eventuate, which is difficult to justify within many corporate and other environments. Often, therefore, transgression testing programmes either do not exist, are inadequate, barely implemented, or too infrequent to guard against the risk of legislation-related loss. Often they are only adequate for the books, for advertising campaigns, to answer public enquiry or satisfy shareholders, and legislation-related transgression monitoring programmes
Our Expert Web is a register of technical and other experts who can be called upon for specific assessments of and testing for elements of factual legislation-related transgressions.
We have no relationship with Expert Web members and merely register those who would like to offer their particular expertise and the particular factual elements of transgressions in particular legislation that they would like to offer these expertise, and we facilitate client access to that list as and when they wish.
If you would like to register as part of a multi-disciplinary team able to assist our clients in addressing specific technical and other questions that crop up in their legislation-related compliance assessments and transgression monitoring programmes, please contact us so that we can establish which particular legislation you are familiar with, and have practical experience in, and evaluate your capacity to participate.
There is no cost involved in registering on our Expert Web, but any change in that, and in our listing and continued listing of you, would be at our complete and independent discretion. Note that if you wish to take up advertising on our website or against appropriate legislation on our electronic database, or in respect of any product or service we may provide our clients, it would only be on approved subscription.
