EXPERTWEB
Legislation-related risk assessment and management are expertise-intensive endeavours. They are therefore extremely costly. In fact, the costs often exceed the estimated potential loss should the risk non-compliance and transgression eventuate. This becomes difficult to justify within many environments.
As a result, often these programmes and their implementation and maintenance are only adequate for the books, for advertising campaigns, to answer to public enquiry or satisfy shareholders, but they are hardly inadequate to guard against the risk of legislation-related loss.
We are able to pin-point with specificity the information required from experts and consultants in relation to specific sections of legislation, and to direct their endeavours only to that outcome, and therefore minimise the technical experts and consultant cost component to legislation-related risk assessment and management programmes.
Our ExpertWeb is an add-on service to facilitate this. Our ExpertWeb is a register of technical experts and other consultants who have registered expertise relevant to specific measurements and assessments required by specific sections of legislation. We have no relationship with Expert Web members and merely register those who would like to offer their particular expertise to our clients, and we facilitate client access to that list as and when they wish.
