STATUTORY TRANSGRESSION ANALYSIS Questionnaires (STAQTM)
Ideally, monitoring for legislation-related transgressions should be an ongoing activity, undertaken as frequently as necessary, to minimize the risk of transgression and possible legislation-related loss. However, this is an expert intensive and expensive process. In consequence, monitoring for legislation-related transgression is often too little, too late.
We simplify and streamline the process of identifying whether or not a factual transgression of legislation has occurred, with our STAQTM technology and proprietary software and co-ordination of input data.
This reduced the complexity of the transgression-monitoring and testing process, and therefore the associated costs.
STAQTM results are made available to our clients in the form of STAQTM reports, which provide a record of factual transgressions found as well as the substance of these, as they apply to a particular client within the particular matrix of facts.
