COMMENTARY

on legislation

 

 

Our Commentary on Legislation is a cumulative body of work based on the results that flow from our day to day technical audit and content analysis of legislation. It consists of section by section commentaries and cross-commentaries on structural and other qualities of legislation that affect its applicability.

 

Its focus is on the substantive questions arising from structural and other qualities of legislation, and principles which may apply in determining the substantive import of these structural qualities on the application of legislation, and legislation-related risk assessment, compliance programmes, transgression analysis, and legislation-related loss recovery strategies.

 

The technical nature of our Commentary does not make it directly amenable to clients, and its primary use is as a fundamental resource in our consultancy and as a training tool.
