CONTENT ANALYSIS of legislation
Content analysis methodology allows us to identify potential transgressors and potential transgressions contained in legislation.
We use this methodology to identify textually described elements contained in legislation, and assesses the internal integrity and consistency in the treatment of those elements throughout the text of the legislation. This allows us to analyze potential transgressors and potential transgressions referred to in legislation, and the practical application of the legislation in relation to these.
