The index of Gazette notices for August 2019 is available.
Both the South African National Gazette and the Provincial Gazettes for all nine provinces are indexed on a monthly basis and are currently available on a free to access basis HERE.
Each notice of general application in the Gazettes is indexed under the Act and section or subordinate legislation in terms of which they are made, and in addition, the Index provides a full publication reference, the full title of each notice, a summary of the content of each notice, whether the notice is final or for comment or submission and if so the given deadline, and a link to the official online publication of the notice on the SA Government website. In addition, where a level 1 audit shows there has been non-compliance with one or other rule of law standard, this is indicated by way of an asterisk*.
