A new King?

The following notice appeared in Government Gazette No. 29537 dated 2007/01/19:

“IN DEFENCE OF THE REALM OF THE ROYAL UNITED COMMONWORTH (SUPRANATIONAL)

By legal right of First Claim, in accordance with relevant laws, conventions, diplomatic protocols, infer alia: Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Charter of the United Nations and Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Law, Supranational Law, Common Law and Customary Law:

Before the office of the Constitutional Court and the Office of the Attorney General of the High Court, Johannesburg, did our most Majesty Derek van Breda von Bellville, in the year 2000, on days and dates variously as given by oral and written notice, declare the invocation of the Royal Realm Supranational and make claim to all titles vacant, including, King of South Africa.

Now, furthermore, as Emperor, Private Global and by Tremendum Regea Majestatus Imperium, these public legal notices also to subscribers and adherants of the Royal Realm and all Royalty, Diplomatic Protocols to follow, including exchange of letters of credence.

Accept herewith intimation of intent of First Supranational Summit Royal of the United Commonworth.
